The Strengths Advantage Worksheet is a focused worksheet that aims your strengths at a specific challenge or goal. Use this to discover practical, often new ways to apply your talents to whatever you’re facing right now.

Your Wellbeing worksheet helps you put your CliftonStrengths® to work on the five areas of wellbeing: Career, Social, Financial, Physical, and Community. Knowing your strengths is one thing; using them to actually raise your wellbeing is where the change happens.

What It’s For

Real change in our wellbeing comes from taking action, and the best actions are the ones powered by our natural talents. This worksheet pairs each area of wellbeing with your top strengths, so you can move from “I’d like to feel better here” to “here’s exactly how I’ll use what I’m already good at to get there.”

We might work through it together in a one-on-one conversation, or you might use it on your own. Either way, it’s built to turn reflection into doable steps.

How It Works

  • Note where you are. For each of the five areas, start by capturing your current wellbeing score—an honest baseline to work from.
  • List strength-powered actions. For each area, work across your top strengths and name specific actions, drawn from each strength, that would help raise that score.
  • Keep it practical. The most useful actions are concrete and repeatable—things you can actually fold into your week.

Getting the Most From It

  • Keep your other reports nearby. Your Personal Insights and Brings & Needs reports are full of ideas for how each strength likes to show up.
  • Let some strengths lead. Not every theme contributes equally to every area—notice which ones step forward for, say, your Social wellbeing versus your Physical wellbeing.
  • Aim for the lowest scores first. The areas where you scored yourself lowest are where strength-powered action can make the biggest difference.

Reflect As You Work

As you move through the worksheet, consider:

  • Which area of wellbeing most needs your attention right now?
  • How can each of your strengths take concrete action to raise that score?
  • Which actions can you realistically build into a regular rhythm?

Let’s Keep the Conversation Going
