🌿 “Leading in Motion: Embodied Leadership for Communication, Trust & Adaptability”

Workshop Overview

Modern leadership requires more than strategy; it requires awareness, adaptability, and the ability to stay connected under pressure.

In this interactive workshop, participants explore leadership through embodied experience, learning how communication, trust, and decision-making shift in real time when conditions change.

Drawing from experiential facilitation and her Dance of Leadership methodology, Dr. Shauna T. Sobers helps teams understand leadership not just as a mindset, but as something practiced through presence, timing, and relational awareness.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Improve communication under pressure and uncertainty
  • Strengthen trust and collaboration within teams
  • Increase adaptability in fast-changing environments
  • Recognize how presence and timing impact leadership outcomes
  • Move from reactive behavior to intentional response

What makes this different

Unlike traditional leadership training, this workshop is experiential. Participants don’t just discuss leadership; they practice it through guided, embodied exercises that reveal real-time patterns in communication and decision-making.
